I'm thinking about going to Full Tilt for the first time deposit bonus, but I don't understand how this store is a good thing for a small stake player.

It seems that you need to clear everything you buy. So if I buy something from the diamond store, I need to keep playing and accumulating more points, putting me in a never ending loop? Is that right?

Also, I find it incredibly wrong to give a time to clear these "gifts". Even if a small stakes player play a lot for a month and reaches diamond... He still can't buy what is the best value for his money because he will not be able to clear the bonus in its totality? Weird considering that he earned it through all the rake he paid.

So, what's the best option if I don't want to play at Full Tilt forever and use all my points? Sell the points? Take a tournament ticket even if I don't play tournament?

Also, if I take a ring ticket, can I clear my deposit bonus and the ticket at the same time?

I used to buy books and stuff on stars with FPP. Now use them for tourney
satellites.As get more value per FPP.I always been bronze star.I got 34k
FPP's saved up.Waiting antil i get supernova then can get better cash bonuses from VIP store.

Oh i did check there VIP store out on FTP and you can buy ring game tickets or torney tickets.So if you play ring games might make sense to get a free buyin or two from the store....

I am someone who has reached diamond status so I was eligible for buying from both the regular store and the diamond store. If you are a lower stakes player I would suggest staying away from the diamond store and ring games as these both have a bad $ value vs. points ratio compared to tournament tickets. Also, you do need to release these in a short time frame and otherwise aren't worth it.

I would suggest tournament tickets, specifically sit N gos, steps or taking a chance in an FTOP

Not a lot of tournaments players on Full Tilt. This store is so bad... It looks good at first, but when you start look at the requirements, you realize pokerstars is just better for part time players.

Yes, but you still have to play through it. So if a buy a 100-200$ ticket and play 10NL or 5NL, I will accumulate more points and get stuck with those points. If you are a ring game player, it's just impossible to buy something that you don't need to clear. How is that a gift to be stuck in that loop?

And even then, you have to take lower value than in the diamond store. Who thought of that scheme?

Shayam has mentioned that there will be a more expansive store further down the line but won't give an estimated date.

At the moment it makes no sense for them to have a store. Most people will just buy something and then leave the site again and go back to Stars/Euro sites/Real job whatever.

The way it's setup just now means that if I buy a $2k bonus with my points then I have to play there to clear it which is obviously great for them as I am raking and it means the games are running.

Once the site is busier again I expect they will introduce a bigger store.

They are 6 months+ after launch, if it hasn't been busy enough for them to open up a store now, i dont see it happening

It's is a hard task due to the stakes you are playing. You should be playing at least NL25 if you wanna do this and be spot on. But for NL5-Nl10 I recommend just play your game and enjoy the first deposit bonus. When you go up a level or two you should go around the track and do some bonus whoring

I play on FT at the moment but I am considering going back on stars. They have a descent traffic but the pool on stars is huge. And you can beat that.

If you buy the ring game tickets all money won over the ticket amount is added to your normal balance, therefor its v unlikely you'll keep the ticket to the point its cleared by points

Yeah I had 300,000 points and just kept buying Ring Game tickets and when I made $50 sat out sat back in

The store is just an insult to customers.

What’s on offer in the store is an opportunity to get your points re-raked.

The insult is they give caps and tshirt when you win a special tourney.
