Hello,

Made my first deposit on Bovada $100.

And after a few days my initial deposit bonus was removed before I could clear the full amount ($90 pending).

Emailed support tonight and I'm waiting to hear back.

Anyone else have this issue?

I will post back here the response.

Most likely is that you passed the date to clear it. I believe you have like 60 days after the first deposit to clear.

EDIT: you wrote after a few days so I have no clue.

Did you get a response?

This new client update with the casino addon seemed to remove any info regarding my initial deposit bonus as well.

I have absolutely no idea why they would remove a huge feature of the website for no apparent reason. So you have to contact live support all the time now to figure out your bonus standing?

Hey AintNodaisy,

Looks like there is a bug with the bonus progress bar. I am sure the developers at Bovada are working on this now. As bm303 says it is a huge feature for most sites and put it this way, Bovada probably don't want their support swamped by people asking for bonus progess reports all the time. So I would say they will get this fixed shortly.

I have heard a lot about Bovada and have been thinking about joining. Just did some research online and found out they are an affiliate of Bodog, and one site said that prior US Bodog players were transferred to Bovada.

I had an account with Bodog and used to do sportsbetting and play poker there, but I haven't done so since 2006 or so, whenever UIEGA passed I believe. Does this mean I should already have an account at Bovada and would be able to log right in? Or would I be treated as a new US customer and be able to get the signup bonus?

Support has assured me my bonus so all is good. Probably won't reach the second part of my bonus till the weekend...

Took me awhile longer to get the points. But I did clear my initial deposit bonus... And received the cash in my account within 24 hours of doing it.

There is already a bovada thread for stuff like this and there is also an official bodog/Bovada thread where one of their reps responds to the questions. The mods should lock this and move the content to the actual bovada thread

Actually, posts about bonuses are just fine here in the Internet Bonuses forum, especially considering there is no Bovada rep on 2+2. The Bodog rep might be able to provide help with some questions, but he often can't do much with skin-specific issues.

Of course, people are also welcome to post their future questions in the Bodog or Bovada threads - even if the rep can't help, fellow players might be able to.
