I have been played in Betsafe in really long time (from year 2007) and last year i started to grind there poker also. Before that mostly sportsbook and some casinogames. Was losing sportsbook player there and got many times per month Loyalty Bonus Freebets for sportsbook for 25€, 50€ and even 100€.

Now when have played quite much poker there and use their Reload bonus for Microgaming network, i been told that every 10€ i will get reload bonus from poker, it will be deducted from normal loyalty bonuses i have get there.

Also when site "offer" some casino freespins when they are lauching new game etc. those value will be deducted from loyalty bonuses, if you are normally getting those.

So if count all these, there is no value to play only on one segment; Sportsbook, Casino or Poker.


Does anybody else notice this same if for example play Sportsbook and Poker on Betsafe?

And in last sentence. There is no value to play different kind of games on Betsafe, only one type. As an example when play sportsbookie and Poker and have reload bonus there (amount of reload bonus will be deducted on upcoming sportsbook bonus).

Bonuses are sometimes deducted at poker rooms and yes this is usually tucked away in the terms of conditions.

If you are not happy with the value you get at Betsafe maybe its worth sending out a rakeback request form to see what else is out there? There are many rooms with non-deductible bonuses out there.

This site is so cool. Have been there loyal and big customer from year 2007. Now they refused to send chat logs for me, that i can point out those many times Customer Support has told me many lies about bonuses.

And have asked this year (as have no affiliate) that can my account linked to affiliate when i found good one. They say "of course as you dont have any affiliate). This monday sended them affiliate information, but they say that they cannot do that. Lol.

Betsafe contacted me directly via Skype, they provide me small compensation for all this hassle etc. After all, Betsafe works quite well. But would be really important to train CS team to answer easy questions properly and not make answers from their head, if they just don´t know right answer atm.

Cannot edit post, so little bit more about this. They offer me 2x 5.50€ and 3x 3.30€ tournament tickets if i write here everything is okay.

But check e-mail and did not find there promised chat history logs i been asking and have lost 25€+60€+$50 worth of bonuses for all this, so i think those tickets are not right way to compensate all this, as total loss is still way over 100€.

Not sure why you were initially given a different impression, but that is pretty much always the case. It is against the rules of the affiliate programs and would generate less profit.
