Didn't get my bonus from betonline and it's been over 72hrs. They told me it would be there within 24!? wth!?

I have heard only bad things about betonline.

BOL seems OK for betting on sports, but there are nothing but complaints about the poker side.

A couple of weeks ago there was a new thread every other day about betonline stealing money by suspending the accounts based on collusion which did not happen.
They systematicly try to steal players money and the players had to fight really hard to get payed (atleast some of tehm did get their money).

BetOnline is currently reviewing my account for suspicious activity which is 100% unwarranted. I would like to start a new post about this issue. Can someone please tell me how to do that?

I've spoken with a couple of department heads from there during my time in the industry and they seem switched on and no bigger issues have come up but regarding their focus then an above poster is correct, focus is more on betting than poker.

n/o but this really underplays the issues they've been having. judging by the amount of new threads about them that we get all the time, their security team is at best filled with people qualified to flip burgers, and at worst with scammers looking to fleece any winning players. also the requirement to roll over poker withdrawals in sportsbook is super shady. even if you're a US player almost any site you can play at is a better choice than BOL

Well maybe they've just been able to hide their incompetence well in the past and now it's coming into the light.
