wordpress tagline to link

Hi,
i don't know really anything about code or how to insert it into my page source, but i run a recently started blog and was wondering if anyone has any info on how to change the plain text tagline in the header into a clickable link. i have searched a ton and have broken the code a couple of times relying on a backup to get it going again.
the wordpress theme i am using is twenty seventeen
not sure what other info you guys might need and i don't want to link the blog here as it is advertising for a business i run.
