Hi,

Brief explanation of my issue, now when I click on any windows 8 app that was either previously installed or downloaded from the app store they do not load even when I download new apps.

When I click the windows key to where i can browse apps* when I click an app such as, Camera, Acer crystal eye, Fotor, weather, news etc you briefly see a flash of it opening but then bounce back to the desktop and a thumbnail will appear in the start task bar, when I click the thumbnail on the taskbar it does nothing but flicker the screen.

Everything worked perfectly up until a month ago, I have not changed anything major and ever since I bought this new laptop with windows 8 *I installed and used the classic start shell so I can have a start screen like windows 7. I thought maybe the apps got corrupted but I have tried new apps in the windows store and still the same problem.
