I have a computer running Win 7 pro that I would like to format but I do not have admin access/password. If I buy Win 10 & load from disc, can I get around the password situation?

a) why do you need to format
b) just boot from hiren's, ubuntu or whatever that doesn't boot straight to win7

A) Bunch of old useless stuff on computer. Just wanted fresh start.
B) Could you elaborate? I am unaware of how that works/ what it means.

a) sounds like amputating your leg to cure an ingrowing toenail
b) google it. you avoid needing win7 passwords by not booting to win7

why buy a copy when its free for existing users of win 7 +
just remove the password and use the free upgrade in windows update to wipe and install win 10....
if u get a copy of hirens or various others (spotmau is easiest to use imo) then just wipe password in seconds
