Windows 7 on macbook pro, how to switch between osx/windows

Hi all,
im a complete ****** with computers.
I Installed windows on a macbook pro, and ever since then it started automatically in windows. But my computer just freezed and when i restarted it was in osx. How can i switch back?

to switch between OS's, start the computer and hold down the "alt"/"option" key (2 left of the space bar) when you hear the apple chime sound. Hold the key till you see a grey screen with two hard drive icons. You can then use the arrow keys to select which partition to boot from.

To choose what OS boots automatically, go into the system preferences in OSX or to the Boot Camp control panel in Windows and select the partition to boot from by default.
