Need some help knowing if a file on my poker comp is malicious in any way. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.

Before you even do that, though, if it's just one file that you're concerned about (why?!) then you could do something revolutionary like scan it with your antivirus software. You do have antivirus software installed, right? Which one?

For another view, you could then scan it with your antimalware on demand software (e.g. MBAM). You have that installed too, right?

And then you could also try uploading the file to virustotal.com, for an even more comprehensive assessment.
