Dell Network Assistant Pop Up @ start up

This seems like there's an easy solution for this but I can't seem to find it. When my computer loads, a pop up screen will come up for Dell Network Assistant and say:
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Dell Network Assistant' disk and click OK.
When I click cancel, it says:
Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product Dell Network Assistant. Windows Installer cannot continue. Then the pop up shuts down and everything seems peechy keen.
Of course the simple solution would be to insert the CD-ROM, but I do not have. Any help? Where can I find to download?
