Unable to Upload Hand History

The HH converter won't allow me to post hands like in the past... I'm sure I'm doing something wrong; but have never had an issue before. Hoping somebody has already had this issue or could point me to what I'm doing incorrect!
It just sits with my information copied, but wont convert into the post.. The "Convert Hand history" button doesn't seem to do anything. Sorry for the potentially stupid question!!
