There are plenty of wired numpads with the inverted T arrows to one side, but I couldn't find a bluetooth version
[1] You could use a wired one, but convert it to bluetooth with an adaptor that's powered by 2 x AAA batteries - I've no idea how reliable this product is & it's cumbersome to have on your lap unless you build a baseboard to mount the numpad & adaptor together as one:

You'd be wise to go for rechargeable AAAs & a recharger kit of course...
[2] If the plan is to use the number keys to enter bet amounts or control hot keys, then you can change your approach & maybe use an x-box controller + software to do all/most of this
[3] Go to a custom keyboard company if you have the $s for that approach
[4] Look at devices for the disabled. There are some lovely single-hand user keyboards out there which are very compact. Not cheap, but very efficient once you learn to use one [a few weeks to master]
