Trojan located in skype... false positive or hacker alert?

So antivir automatically guarded me and brought to my notification to this:
Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe.
Action performed: Deny access
I already scanned the folder skype with malware bytes, antivir, and am now doing a third full webroot sweep and for the first 2 I've found nothing.
Is this a false positive or am I facing a hacker attack?
