Hello all,
I am trying to reformat a computer for my girlfriend's mom. I cannot access a recovery partition. If I restart and press F1-F12 over and over it gets no where and is basically stuck in a loop.

I used a linux bootdisk cd xbuntu to remove her pictures. Now my concern is obtaining a windows VISTA CD. There is a sticker on the back of her laptop with the cd-key so all I need is the disk. Any advice would be greatly greatly greatly appreciated.
