I downloaded Camstudio to make a few poker videos with, and the video recording seems fine, but when I'm doing live audio (ie speaking through the mic as I'm recording the video) and then play the video back later, the video always seems to lag behind the audio, which means I'm speaking about things that are about to happen, and I'm not sure why this is.

Does anyone have any idea how to rectify this?

I noticed this too. In my video I believe the audio was approximately .5 to 1 second prior to the video, which is very annoying.
