I need( helping someone to find) 3 TV's
a 50-55 inch
a 32-38 inch
a 19-22 inch
All there should be basically best bang for the buck, at least 1080p if not 4k and "smart".

when i started looking last year when my Panasonic plasma started to act -up it seemed that the Vizio M series were reviewing pretty well, but they have been outdated.( the issue was dust and after cleaning it out with a compressor it is back to working fine so i stopped looking at new units)

What price do you want all these to be around? Do you value 4k or does it really not matter to you?

And do you need the latest and greatest?

I'd advise against "smart".

In my experience, the smart functions, interfaces, and updates for smart tvs is abysmal. You're better off getting a good quality dumb tv, and using the money you save to get a good device to run the smart functions that you want. I use android boxes and PS3s on my tvs, but there's good fanless (silent) windows 10 boxes available now, as well as countless other options.

Decide what functionality you're looking for, and get a device that best meets your needs. Tying yourself to the tv manufacturer's garbage is an unnecessary frustration imo.

For example, THIS is what I have in my bedroom (actually a different brand, but same specs), and it functions far better than any smart tv at a fraction of the cost.
