QUICKBOOKS Problem--Balance & "Total Due" Not Matching On All Statements

I have been using 2003 QB Basic since 2003. No problems. I recently noticed an error on a statement I generated for a customer. On the Statement page the "Balance" on the far right side of the statement is $1132.00, which is incorrect, but not my much. The correct balance should be $1132.60, which is the amount shown in the "Total Due." So at least the Total Due is correct but why is it off in the "Balance column." And it's not a rounding up issue as there are plenty of figures above that one for this customer with amounts like $372.60.

Another customer's Balance on the statement, at the bottom is $630, which again, is incorrect. It should be $631, and again this correct amount of $631 is shown in the Total Due box. This seems like an odd thing for a program to mess up. And for most customers this error is not happening.

Any clues? I'm totally stumped.
