Problem with the pokerstars plattform

Dear friends I Have a big problem with the pokerstars plattform. every 4-5 minutes it closes and I have to login.I saw that some people had the some problems and I did change my ports,update my firmware router and it is still not working.Is there anyone that knows what to do ? Also the network status from isle of man is bad.

I did and we try to solve it.I just wanna know if anyone else had the some problem and what he did.
