Is it possible

Is it possible to have a TV be a monitor and a TV? I'm assumming this has to do with the number of inputs it has, correct?

Re: Is it possible

I'm assuming you want to play poker on the TV while watching a TV show?

If so, you would need a TV capable of PnP. Set one to the computer input and set the other to TV (or cable, whatever).

Certainly. Basically every year over the last probably 7-8 years TV's come with a VGA input and lately now DVI.

Prior to my purchasing a Roku device that has a USB port, whenever I wanted to watch a MP4 or MKV I hooked my laptop up directly to the TV with a VGA cable and then just changed the input source.

...and I'm sure with PIP that you can be playing some tables on the big picture and watching the game on the PIP.
