The last few days all day two different poker sites at the same time freeze go white and then an error pops up saying "stopped working" I ten have to close the clients and they wont reopen unless I restart my machine. Does anybody know why this could be I haven't downloaded anything new except the normal windows update.

Thanks in advance

EDIT: it has just happened again I have noticed every time it happens and I restart I then have empty folders in my recycle bin called "tempo_ and then then a number"

Have you scanned your machine for malware? If so and it's clean (seems unlikely to be the culprit but worth checking) then try reverting your system to a usable state. You might be able to use system restore to restore a point dating from when you know it was ok; alternatively you might be able to remove the most recent Windows updates in case they're responsible (control panel - add/remove programs - show installed updates). When you install the update(s) again you'll get a pretty good idea of whether or not they're responsible.

Thanks I if I do restore to an old point as I do think it started after an update wont the computer notice I have restored and just ask to so the same update again?

I am going to a full virus check as I have put it off as I thought I wouldn't be a virus and my computer is old and slow, after that I will remove tilt breaker and then if it is still happening I will have to restore to earlier point.
