Trusting your passwords to an online service is by its definition flawed.
Keepass can be installed on any device you have and you can store your DB in the cloud.
If you are really paranoid, make sure your cloud account is linked to a random e-mail address you do not use for anything else. The same procedure that I recommend for financial accounts (e-wallets, eBay, Amazon, poker, etc).
I have about 10 e-mail addresses that look like
ixe4d8kmj7rb54j13@gmail.com and they are all used for different things.
