What's the best driver removal program out there today? I'm looking to do a clean install of newer Catalyst drivers for my ATI 5850 card.

You can just uninstall it regularly nowadays.

As well says the days of needing to run driver removers in between card swaps and driver revisions are long gone. Uninstall is fine. But if you're paranoid you can run driver sweeper.
