If you kept the .rec file of your whole recording, you simply reload it, produce the video in Camtasia menu and you can choose to produce as a flv (flash video) : it will create a .mp4 video plus a small flash player linked to it.
This way, you will able to upload only the .mp4 file if you will be uploading it to a host site that has already a player integrated or insert it in your own page with the flash player module.
