Looking to buy a simple laptop that I can use for playing on Ignition (Bovada) while traveling around the states.

My tech requirements are quite simple and I'll only be using the following programs while playing:

1. Ignition Poker Client
2. Bovada Card Catcher
3. Holdem Manager
4. TableTamer
5. PlaceMint

I don't surf or do anything else while playing. If I'm not playing, the only other thing I'll need the computer for is browsing the web, sending emails, etc.

So I'd like to find a laptop that will suit my needs, preferably in the <=$500 range. I'm okay with it being a 13" or 15" laptop.

I don't download movies or music (just use Netflix or Spotify), so the hard drive can be quite small and still suit my needs. Also don't game so graphics card shouldn't matter much either. If we're trying to maximize the build, then I'd guess that CPU and RAM matter the most and with what I'm trying to do, 8GB RAM should be sufficient.

Any suggestions?

I'd throw in a few extra gb of ram if I were you.

Personally, I'd try and spend a few extra hundred and get a much better computer. But if it's really just for poker then this will do. HM2 may be a bit slow without an SSD/with only 4gb ram.
