How to prevent wireless routers from constantly need to be reset?

In the building I live in they provide wireless internet as part of the package. I'm helping them out with some stuff and they are requesting my help in the internet area. The problem here is that the routers need to be constantly have to be reset as the signal just drops out every few days
What can be done?

Any more info on the equipment in use? How many people in the building? I'd guess you have lots of folks running p2p/file sharing and all those connections from that type of traffic can tend to bog down a router.

this is hard to address without knowing anything about the hardware. i would try switching between a/b/g/&n 802.11 protocols on the routing hardware first.
