Google search by voice talking double

For weeks now everytime I use the search by voice for google on my computer. Windows 10/Chrome, the 1st voice says what it is supposed to normally and then a 2nd voice comes right behind it and then there are multiple voices going off.
It was funny for awhile but it is driving me nuts now. Anyone know how to fix this? lol

Do you have both Cortana and Google Voice turned on?

Yes, but I only click the button for voice in the google search window.
