I'm trying to build a GUI that will interact with GTO+ in order to automatically import the data output and visualize it in the way I want.
Any reference to a way to do it or to a library who has supported features for that kind of needs will be really appreciated.

If you've made the code already you'll have success with PyQt, you can transfer the code from Python to your GUI. If you are asking about code advice, currently I don't have my main PC (damaged) and can't access GTO+ to see exactly what you wish to accomplish.
There's also the python discord , you'll get tremendous help there.
