Firefox 10.0 , i noticed it here at 2P2 first but now its happening on other sites as well...like the phoenix new times) the "http://www." portion of address disappears in the address bar leaving only the remain part of the address showing( justified to the left so to speak).
some sites it doesn't happen. its doesn't happen in IE.

I cant seem to find a setting that would cause this.

Can anyone explain why this is happening and how to change it back.

thanks, that was easy...
guess i didn't search for the correct term when trying to find the issue.
So it appears it was just something in the latest version of FF that caused it, not some rouge malware that i was a little concerned about.

I noticed it when i was quoting a post and it wouldnt parse correctly, other than that it was/is fine.
