Hi, for the past month or so I have been having issues with 2 poker clients disconnecting. Given my contact with both of their site support and it being on both clients I am presuming that there is an issue with something on my computer. My anti virus isnt blocking anything for them and I have no internet issues at all. Is there something I can check on my PC or do something that could help with this issue. If the question isnt easy to answer without certain info please let me know what I need to provide and will do so. Im really not sure what I can do, apologies if the question is pretty vague, as mentioned I can provide extra info if needed im just not sure what I should provide at this point. My knowledge of PC's is pretty basic so any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

There are two log files in this folder where XXX is replaced with your user name.

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\PokerStars

They're called: PokerStars.log.0 and PokerStars.log.1

Right after you disconnect you could look at the bottom of those files and see if there's an error of some kind.

When you start pokerstars it creates a connection that should last until you close the client. For some reason it appears that that connection is getting dropped.

It could be your PC, your ISP, your router, etc.

Appreciate the reply, thanks. I was using wireless connection got ethernet and is running fine with a wired connection, no issues for the past few sessions so all seems good.
