Touch Screen Computer Needed

I am going to be taking a job doing research/brief writing for a law firm.
My computer is ready for the trash.
I saw some touch screen computers at the store the other day.
I would like a LARGE screen touch. It doesn't need to be an all in one computer. I need it to access a main frame, run several undetermined legal word processing programs, and have the capability to add several more monitors to it which do not need to be touch screen. I need no bells or whistles except for FREE CELL.
This will be a single purpose machine (well two if you count Free Cell).
Any suggestions?
