I have Internet Exploror 9. One of the users on this laptop is a 10 year old. I want to enable content advisor on his account but none of the others. Seems absurd that this isn't possible but I can't find a way to do it. Any ideas ?

I don't get it, if you already have separate accounts for each person using the computer and change application settings like the content advisor on this very account it's only set for this account unless you did the changes on the administrator account.

Basically you can just type "parental controls" in the start ob on the bottom left and install additional account wide controls like a web filter and get into every detail there.

Use a specific program for parents control.
