I've got two monitors and I am using "extended desktop" option. Whenever I open up some video on one of the screens and put it on full screen, if I click anything with my mouse on the other screen video goes from full screen mode back to small screen (god, there is a lot of "screens" in that sentence, hopefully you will understand what I mean). So basically I cannot use my second monitor if I wanna watch a video on full screen.
with ram prices so low, and i7 architecture featuring triple channel memory. 24GB ram is so accessible now...it's sick. how I wish I wasn't tied to a laptop
just a question though, was this triple channel thing out when i7 came out or just recently with sandybridge?
i have this 2tb ext drive I use for media backup that i usually plug into my dvd player (has usb port). initially I formatted it for fat32 as force of habit but recently I've had problems with +4gb files. I always shied away from NTFS because of my Mac but then I found this 3G NFTS driver thing so I figured wth I'll convert it.
Conversion goes well, everything is cool and dandy. Until my gf turns on the dvd player and says that there's nothing. Doh!! The dvd player doesn't read NTFS obviously.

Yeah, I do that whenever there is an option, but I often watch streams on ESPN3.com and they offer either a really small window, or full screen, no other options.
