best OS for poker ( new laptop) best OS for poker ( new laptop)

I just bought a new lenovo z-50 laptop with i5 4th gen processor and 4gb ram. Going to replace HDD with ssd also.
It came with DOS installed.. Which operating system is best for poker?
IT does not have touch screen.
Is win 7 ultimate better than win 8?
What about iOS? Haven't used it before.

Also how do I install new OS and remove DOS?

Thanks.

For you, Windows 7 Home Premium is what you want if you're buying, no question about it. Put the Windows disc in and run it. I have no idea why your new Lenovo didn't come with a copy of Windows included. And judging from your past threads I really recommend that you stick laptops that come fully equipped with the OS you want to use.

Forget other versions of 7 or 8. iOS is for Apple phones and tablets, and Apple OSX won't work. And don't even think about trying to get clever with other OS's. Just keep it simple because it's just going to keep kicking your ass otherwise.

Why not win 7 ultimate ?
I might not buy it.
I had to pay a lot extra for OS so I opted for free DOS so,I can install any OS later and even then laptops came with only win 8 and not 7.

You're not going to run DOS, so you have to buy an OS.

Windows 7 Home Premium is going to be better value for you than Ultimate. I can't really think of a reason that you'd want to bother with Ultimate.

Ok.. Do I go for 32-bit or 64-bit?
What is the difference between them. Seems to be price difference.

Your computer has a 64-bit processor, so 64-bit windows

32-bit OS are obsolete for some time now for new computers

I've seen a 32-bit Windows 7 machine, which makes me believe there still are pushing the junk to people.
Always get a 64-bit OS unless you are getting junk with less than 4gb of ram.

If you don't want to pay for the OS, don't and google "warez" but be prepared to get a keylogger or some type of virus.
Reason being that you are asking how to do it and that makes me believe you are a fish.
I just own a macbook now because I got sick of having to upgrade at a cost but I do own a Windows 8 license because I run both on it.

2+2 doesn't support "not buying" the copy of Windows on your laptop. I'm closing the thread because deleting the posts was too subtle a hint.

The best OS for poker is Windows is OS X legally purchased.
