Can't get it to stop. Have tried anti-spyware, adwcleaner, ccleaner, deleting extensions and programs that look suspicious nothing works!

The ads even run off-windows in blue screen mode before I even login onto my computer leaving me to think it's something more serious than malware.

When you say they run before you log in: do you mean from a cold boot they start playing before any user account logs in?

Stupid question, probably, but are you sure it's the PC and not something else, or something streaming to your speakers?!
