I haven't done any research on this topic since Imgur has worked so well for so many years now, but if I were to use something else other than it the first two I'd take a look at are:

Google photos
Flickr

I am really fighting with imgur and albums and moving pictiures around in them. Sometimes an album just randomly duplicates an other album and basically it becomes a complete desorganized mess.
