2. They had the most exceptional individuals, and the few of these who exist are what actually advance knowledge and capability.
3. They had the most diverse cultures, with hundreds of microcosms of vastly different societies. Islam is a crazy, monolithic, bigoted religion...Europe had a vast range of beliefs and philosophies, from Dutch near anarchism to 800 years of self-determined merchant rule in wealthy invulnerable Venice (have a read of, for example,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venice#Expansion, to a get feel for how microcosms of diverse life developed and thrived in Europe) to the lavish and stylish culture of France to German efficiency and order to Russian splendour and philosphy. In addition, the splintering of Christianity into the various myriad forms of Protestant belief fostered the development of a large number of different enduring philosophies, some which still exist today - the Quakers being an example.
Such an extraodinarily diverse range of cultures and philosophies didn't exist anywhere else. Add that diversity to a powerful work ethic born out of Christianity (Islam is fundamentally a slave culture, Chinese are a compliance culture who revere Confucious, one of the greatest clowns and poorest philosophers ever to live), and it's basically inevitable that Europe would become the only shining light of the world.

[DESPITE THE FACT[/B] that the Arabic World, China, India were actually more advanced than Europe for centuries
This is claimed, but it's not true. Neither the Arab world nor China in the Middle Ages had anything like Venice, or Moscow. It's a rewriting of history by anti-western clowns.

especially the Arabs who were the ones actually enlightened the European Renaissance

and then somehow, Europe became the dominant scientific, mathematical, philosophical giant and the Arabic world declined why is this
It's actually completely understandable if you look at reality rather than have it filtered through West-hating academics.
