I thought about making a thoughtful post about the various thoughts I have about "necessary, but not sufficient" and various other phrases in which I could put "necessary" and "sufficient" with some Boolean logical operator, but I am a bit low on thoughtfulness, so I will save that thoughtfulness for where it is more desperately needed.
It is the subjectively valueated resources that has the strong quality of value that doesn't degrade. It brings with it an optimal global economy that allows the optimal distribution of resources. Brings the citizens of the world and their psychology in order. The basis for abundance of everything.
TOMS Smith, propriety rules everything, it is the ultimate decider of what is reality, but also what is valuable. A money that doesn't degrade over time is society's ultimate choice for what represents true value.
