Try for something real, at least something which you can know when you have gained it.
There are many things which, if they were taken away, we would die. Anything absolutely necessary for life is equally valuable in a certain sense. The question is only interesting if you assume you have the bare essentials.
I think the most valuable resource is other people, community. Genetic diversity, decent survival, and most desire can only be met with other people. Only with other people can you have any chance of maximizing other resources so its at the top of the hierarchy in a way.
