What it means is, having been interested in them over my lifetime, when I ordered my birth certificate age 50 it was kind of cool to see them so featured on there ... so it was noteworthy, and was the reason I found the article interesting in the first place. So, yes, it's quite relevant. And a delivering doctor whose first and last names as signed on the certificate are both palindromes is a long, long, long shot. Something else it means is that it riled up your vicious little insecurities for some reason.
