Belief of truth might constitute evidence in a court of law. There would be other factors, of course.

First: Belief is not evidence; testimony (as, for example, as to one's belief) is.

you also believe that contradicts what I am saying and therefore I am wrong...logic that is.....and logic rules ...of course...only for as long as you believe it to.

If you are standing in front of a wall, but you don't believe it, you can't see the wall.

If you aren't standing in front of a wall but you believe you are, you will see a wall.

yeah but if you're running towards the wall it will hurt in both cases. One belief was true and one wasn't.
