Seems to miss the point of reasonability bridging subjective rationality. Easy to do when biased to disagree, or biased toward subjective rationality. Oh boy!

I would think that amongst first in an imagining of the scientific-philosophical new state, we'd require to hold a standard of mutual living which allows for ample science and philosophy.

Contains at least, the ideas of peace, stability, prosperity and purpose that when fulfilled do create an environment where the freedom of thought and freedom of knowledge can exist perpetually.

So we can steal from the Americans the starting point for a philosophical scientific nation, or rather than pretend look an see what we got on earth already.
