I’m actually not an MS fanboy (to my knowledge). I own mostly Apple products at home, and although I use MS products in the workplace, it’s not dominated by those products.

When I watch the video on what it can do, though, my mind races.

I think it’s been mentioned, but automobile repair will likely crop up from this. Seems like a smart mechanic could “fix” multiple cars a day from the comfort of his own home, and it would cost everyone doing it themselves less than normal.

I think the social aspect of it will explode…I’m sitting in my living room, and my relative will appear to sit in one of my chairs, and we’ll BS. That could be a novelty though…maybe the first time we do it, we think it’s neat, then we don’t do it for a long while thereafter? Not sure.

Seems like there would be an incredible amount of information opportunities with this.
