Heaven is not the same for everyone. If you lead a better life you will have greater reward in heaven. For instance if you kill Muhamed before he gets a chance to martyr himself, he may only get 1 virgin (possibly 2 if he kept his hands off the goat while he was alive). If Muhamed gets martryed, he gets 72 virgins. 72 - 2 = 70. So by killing Muhamed you decrease his eternal happiness by 70 virgins.
Also you could make the argument that only God has the right to end someone's life.
