For anyone just clicking this it should be noted that the trial was completely unrelated to the price hike.

I don't know if it's more grandstanding silliness but I happened to catch Shkreli's livestream today shortly after the verdict was announced and he still seems super confident calling this a "victory" (he was only convicted on 3 of 8 charges). He drank a beer to toast his sweet victory over the government. I think he believes at least one of the charges is likely to get overturned on appeal and he thinks he'll spend a few months in prison at worst.

Guy has no shortage of bravado gotta give him that.
