well the GOOD NEWS is that LEVCHENKO is 19 and got the silver and lasitskene is 24 and got the gold so should be plenty more hot-offs between the two

I don't think they lost much time on the changeovers tbh. The first change looked iffy but actually ended up being great, the other two lost a small amount of time but not enough to make up the difference.
