ITAs are gonna cripple the thought process of the avg. SEer though.

If you had a character that you assumed would have a very low %-to-hit number, you could take any pot shots you wanted and never really risk anything.

Plus, we know there's at least one scout character out there who can let players know (and/or learn for themselves) what their %-to-kill numbers are, so once you know, you can let go with impunity.

Can't wait for the "XXX took a shot at someone that flipped wolf, no way he's a wolf" nonsense we're going to have to fade.
