Was #2 on my list. Will def be picking it during May/June when its around 60-80 degrees almost always which is perfect temp, doesn't rain a lot either as there is prob only 1 night each month where its annoying to go outside at night due to the rain (and I ***** hate the rain.)

Lots of stuff to do, especially nightlife which is very important to me. Def just a great overall place to live. Traffic/lack of parking is really the only downside but there is traffic/lack of parking in any major city so w/e it comes with the territory
