Yep, my bad. No excuses. Horrible basic error. He'll have to be exempt for our Open and the WGC events.

I think he has a solid chance to be consistently competitive at 50. More importantly however: could TW at 50 win the NCAA golf tourney?
ETA: the fact that the oldest major winner to date was 48 is just about completely irrelevant to me when it comes to Tiger. The guy is a freak.
While I understand the ultra-competitive Jordan types, all I'm going by is what he's said in the past. He wants to do other things with his life besides golf.
And I'm not sure you understand the stress his swing puts on his body. The spirit will be willing at an advanced age, but the flesh will be weak. And there are certain important parts of his body that have been weak since his teens. He doesn't swing anything like Singh or Couples, and that will matter a lot in ten years.
Hey, I'm not saying it couldn't happen. But I'm trying to point out the technical and personal reasons working against him that the casual golf fan might not be aware of.
