Not even close to GOAT college football player. Maybe top ten of GOAT college football QBs. Probably the greatest Florida QB.

I would say yes if he ends the year strong....also perusing google images, the chicks this dude has been with are all absolutely amazing, even if he doesn't **** any of them, including:

I think Tebow is way overblown personally. He's a good passer who looks great because he's surrounded with tons of talent and a phenomenal running game and defense. I think you could stick a lot of quarterbacks into Florida's system though and put up similar numbers, his running prowess is way overblown.

Prior to Tebow, I would say VY and Reggie Bush were the two best I have seen this decade.

You can say similar things about a lot of players who people consider as candidates for GOAT.

you got to lump Larry Fitzgerald in there too, he was ridiculous.

Tebow isn't better at running or throwing than VY was in college. Or anything.

Imagine if Urban Meyer coached VY.

Vince Young, Archie Manning...and more...although I've only seen these on tape

Tebow is great, but let's don't get ridiculous. We saw last week how much of a team game this is. He isn't the GOAT. There's a difference between GOAT and Greatest on the Best Team.

If Charlie Ward played today and in one of these more creative offenses, he would be in this discussion imo.

Back then Florida State always played their qbs for two years, so its harder to make a case for him, but his two seasons, especially his Sr year, were excellent. Also, FSU didn't have designed runs for him, so his 880+ career rushing yards were all improv. In a Meyer/Rich Rod type offense today, he'd be fantastic.

Hell, if Bradford had stayed healthy and played four years, he'd be ahead of Tebow.

Seriously? Tebow's miles ahead of VY passing, especially when you look at the entire career.

It appears that some people can be strongly influenced by devout religious beliefs. Crazy I know.

Also, it is basically impossible to argue between players of different eras (as has been stated many times before), IMO there should be a GOAT from each decade and this group of players collectively should be called the best of the best.

My list (not in any order):

-Bo Jackson - MLB still blacks out his "running on wall" highlight film. A true freak of an athlete.
-Barry Sanders - Not great on grass, however.
-Marcus Allen - 12 200+ yard CFB games in 2 seasons. Also a great NFL career, the Jerry Rice of RBs. Could have easily been a fine QB in college.
-Doug Flutie - not really, but it was a great game against Miami.
-Vince Young - uniform made of teflon probably helped somewhat.
