Ugh. Been there myself in '06. Not sure of your age, but the rehab at 23 changed my life. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, but I wouldn't trade the life learning experience. research how to rehab. my drs were idiot pussys and i had pain and stability issues for years.
and really, just do a bunch of squats and get strong after. dont bother with all the idiot rehab pts that are used to dealing with useless geriatrics.
the rehab really isnt that hard. its rilly effin boring. like, the first week sucks, make sure you get your flexibility back. i stacked a bunch of books and then eventually weights on top of my knee so that it would straighten to 0 degrees. wasnt very comfortable.
